Genius Marketing - the organizers of the annual conference on Online Business, attracted the “Event Machine” team as contractors to assist in the logistics of the guests at the event.
About 100 volunteers were recruited to implement the task, who helped the organizers to coordinate the stream of people in all zones:
- accreditation
- Delivery of the promotional gifts
- seating area
- lunch delivery
- maintaining order on location
